Yes I truly believe BARGES can be the answer for becoming a SEA GYPSY LIVE-ABOARD!

Why?

Currently there LOTS of them available at REASONABLE prices!

This one is a former tourism barge that is already OCEAN worthy and just needs some TLC!

If it was used for tourism then you know it has one or more HEADS (bathrooms) where it would be fairly simple to add a shower.

As I remember this one has a GALLEY (kitchen) area.

These seats could be torn out and the area used for one or more sleeping areas and a living/dining room area.

As memory serves me this barge is 60 feet in length. If you were to purchase a regular 60 foot motor yacht used you would pay MORE than remodeling this barge!
