I found this BARGE on Craigslist.

It was used as a PARTY BOAT for special events as you can see below.

Therefore it already has a GALLEY.

It would be easy to add berths in part of the entertainment area and renovate that area into a cozy living and dining area.

Due to its former use, it has numerous bathrooms only needing a shower or two.

There is no engine but that could be easily added either as inboard or outboard.

They are asking $99,000 but seemed very willing to go lower!
